Nedbank Insurance appointed a Plumber to replace my burst Geyser in December 2012

The Plumber replaced the geyser & the Pressure Valve on the outside of my house which feeds all water into the house. The plumber told us that this an instruction from the insurers. Ever since we have had a problem with LOW water pressure

The Plumbers have been back twice to make adjustments & check out why we still have low water pressure, They have reported to Nedbank that they found some blockages in the pipes and removed them. This is true however it was only on one tap & we are still experienceing LOW WATER PRESSURE in the whole house because the pressure valve that we had was a 600KPA & the one insurance has replaced it with is a 400KPA. Robyn at the Plumber has e-mailed Nedbank Insurance stating that the problem persists as a result of the pressure valve being replaced by one of a lower pressure.

Despite the above each time I call the insurance I have to repeat myself over and over again. Twice I have been told that a supervisor will call me back within a certain time... I am STILL waiting for that call more than 1 week later.
