Incorrect billing option

I opened a cheque account on the 04/11/2013 over the telephone as per the system Paballo Superman was the one who opened the account for me and selected the incorrect billing option not the one i agreed to and i was latter billed for all the transactions i did instead of just one fee a month, i then called the contact centre on the 06/12/2013 regarding this matter and spoke to Kgomotso Matjila who advised me that i will get a call back within 12 to 24 working hours but i have waited 6 working days still no call and no refund.
