Incorrect Account Opened by FNB Agent

I had opened a savings account 4 months ago telephonically and and agent called me just after offering me a Check account for R97pm. After seeing the fees on the savings account I then contacted FNB to upgrade to the R97 Check Account. The agent was helpful and assisted me. Reviewing my statement for the past 3 months of having my Cheque Account, I noticed that my Bank fees were astronomically high in which I contacted the contact centre. I was advised that the agent did not open the R97 account but the Day to Day account. The agent assisted me and changed the account over to now the R100pm Check account and provided me with a reference: 324047. I requested a refund of the incorrect fees charged on my account and when I called back 2 days later, I was advised that there is no such mention of a refund on my account. I would like a call from Management in this regard informing me when I will receive my refund URGENTLY!
