Damaged phone and incorrect billing

I took out a contract on the 14 December 2012. On the 1 January the hearing device on the phone stopped working. I took the phone back to the store and advised them that the phone was 2 weeks old and stopped working and I wanted a replacement phone. Vincent, the manager of the store insisted that the phone had to be booked in for repairs. 2 weeks later I went to the store and was advised that my phoned had been fixed. I advised them that I did not want a phone that worked for 2 weeks and then broke thereafter. I called the store and Vincent advised that he was awaiting feedback from Blackberry. I then called the Vodacome customer care and was advised that feedback will be provided with 24 / 48 hours... still no feeback.
Secondly I was billed incorrectly. When I called Vodacom, I was told to go to the store because the billing was correct. when I went to the store, I was told to contact the call centre. evenetually the store assisted and the billing was incorrect. Instead of crediting my cheque account, Vodacom credited by vodacom account, when I called about this I was advised that all refunds are credited to the vodcom account. This is my Money, and should be credited to my acc.
