About 2 months ago i applied for a telephone line closer option 1 package. I have told the agent who help me (can't remember this persons name) that i want the closer option 1 package with no installation fee.

Went the technician came out to install my line i told him as well i want the closer option 1 package. I have spoken to so many different agents in the call centre to help with the sign up process.

The closer option 1 package cost me about R168 per month excluding phone calls.
Today i get an invoice saying that i'm on a Telkom unlimited anytime plan for R144 per month plus my telkom line of R117 per month, plus pro-rata billing without informing me.

This is a utter disgrace, A rip off... this is not the 1st time i came across such BAD SERVICE/INCORRECT BILLING/POOR SERVICE. i rather prefer a deaf agent from telkom that a hearing one, they just capture incorrect information from time to time to time and time again.
