FNB taking R 150.00 for cancelled order

FNB has taken R 150.00 from my account for "device delivery charges" this amount taken from my account for a device i didnt even receive due to the fact that i cancelled the application!! Amount was Debited from my account on 13 Dec 2013.

I have sent emails for two days now informing FNB that this was incorrect and that the transaction must be reversed and my money credited back to my account. To my dismay my emails have not even been read no response, no feedback at all.

i do not want to escalate the extent to send a letter/email to Mr. Jacques Cilliers CEO of FNB.

Please FNB i have had brilliant service since switching financial service providers, dont leave a sour taste in my mouth.
