I opened a Smart cheque account in December 2011.

Initially FNB billed me on a "pay as you go" basis. Even though I selected the R79 bank charges option.

I've send numerous emails to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] to ask that I want to be reimbursed for the incorrect charges. Now - 18 months later... still NO reply.

I am very disgusted - this is VERY poor service!!!
