Not honoring commitments

I have applied for a speed point machine at my local branch (Randfontein) in the week of 27 Oct. I did not get any confirmation on the application and phoned the Business banker again on Monday 3 Nov. I received a SMS on 4 November that the request is processed. I phoned the call centre on 6 Nov to find out what is the hold up. The consultant, Mervin Meyer, contacted me for the first time on 11 November. We had a meeting on 12 Nov to discuss all issues. On this meeting we discussed the rates, prevention and related issues. All documentation was signed.

We decided that he will e-mail me the next day with all of the documentation and I can then reply with the copy of the ID.

He assured me that the speed point machine will be installed on Friday 21 November.

Since then I had a nightmare dealing with this consultant of FNB.

I tried phoning him, but did not get a answer. I later on SMS him to send me the docs. He eventually replied per e-mail on 14 Nov, only stating he needs the copy of my ID

I still have not received any documentation from him.
I still do not have my speed point machine and is losing money on a hourly basis.
