Completely bad service

I have never seen such bad service from a company as big as Ricoh. I leased a machine from them for the past 2 years and the machine was running well until around November last year when the machine started giving us problems. We were phoning almost everyday to log a fault which would be repaired until we were told how to bypass the problem when it occurs because it cannot be fixed, so we had to struggle all the time.
At some point we even had to close the business because the machine is not working. we were told that the problem is because the machine is too old. We then immediately requested another machine which will not give us any problems as we even had to buy a small ink machine just to keep the business going which cost us a lot of money on inks while paying Ricoh the full amount on the other hand for the machine that does not work. We signed a contract for a new machine about a month ago and no machine was delivered. 4 days ago the machine was ultimately (after several calls from us to them) delivered but still not connected up to this day. What is the point of delivering the machine that is not connected. WE ARE COMPLETELY UNHAPPY WITH RICOH'S SERVICE. VERY BAD SERVICE.
