I was in jumbo on the 25th, when i was about to pay using my card the cashier told me that i have to wait for a speed point machine as they've got only two machines in the store. i waited for about 15 minutes and when the suppervisor come with that machine - she did not even appologies for waisting my time.

I feel that if the store can have the machine on each paypoint it will speed up the payment procedure. I was not very happy at all and each and evey transation need a password and they had got only two suppervisors on the floor.
