Extremely poor service regarding a speed point!

I applied for a card machine for an exhibition that lasted from a Thursday to a Sunday. Firstly, FNB failed to install my machine on the date required. After they finally installed, I couldn't process ONE payment, as there was a problem with the operator ID. I was on the phone for many hours over the weekend, trying to get a technician to assist me. The Monday, after the expo finished, they wanted to send someone out to me! I lost countless amounts of sales and didn't sell half as much as I would've!
I have decided to rather transfer my business account from FNB to Capitec or Standard Bank. I also refuse to pay the hiring fee for the machine.
