I purchased a washing machine on the 19th May, on the 23rd May the machine was delivered, unfortunately it was to big and I had to return it. I phoned online shopping spoke to Noni, she said I must mail her the machine I want they will gladly do the exchange. I had no response from that mail, on Monday I tried phoning her 9 times, they kept on telling me she's out of the office then lunch etc, after a frustrating mail, she emailed me back apologizing, saying they will deliver on Monday, I got the machine at 5:30 that day. the machine was faulty, I phoned her on Tuesday, she said she will get someone to exchange and deliver to my home. I phoned her advising her someone will be at my home on Wednesday and Thursday and Friday, I was guaranteed that my machine will be delivered today, well I am still waiting. I have had it with them, I want a full refund, and I want this to be done by COB Monday. Or if they can come up with a better alternative. Saying sorry for the 3rd time will not cut it this time. This is BAD customer service, I haven't even received a phone call today to ask if I received my machine. I am beyond frustrated at this point, will never support them again. Mail on reqs
