FNB WHY MAKE THIS PROCESS SO FRUSTRATING???

Speed point machine is faulty and didn't settle FNB sends technician out he replaces it but couldn't settle the machine and said we need to phone FNB to do it manually I phoned FNB on the 12th July to log a call since then I have being told to call so many different departments and have spoken to several people and each one has given me different instructions on what to do in order for FNB to process and pay this "small amount" of over R80, 000 into our account. Finally a FNB consultant that makes sense ask me to email a copy of each slip as I did. Next day I phoned and was told that the transactions are being processed and the money will reflect on our bank statement by latest 26 April so today I phoned FNB to make sure that everything is still on track and the lady I spoke to said that there is only 3 more transactions to be processed then the payment will be logged and the money should reflect in our account within 4-7 working days. This is unacceptable i feel helpless and frustrated begging FNB for our own money and in case FNB didn't know this we are not a bank and this matter has effected our business...(NOW I WANT TO KNOW FNB HOW CAN YOU HELP ME!!!)
