I applied for a funeral policy in August 2013, and was advised that my particulars will be posted to me. To date i have not received any document from clientele confirming that i am a member and that i am contributing to this funeral benefit but they keep deducting every month from my bank account. i send an email to them in september, requesting for these documents, was advised that I will get them in 3 weeks time. I even gave them time i did not get them. I sent another email advising them i still have not received the documents this was on the : 08/11/2013. I was advised i will receive the documents in 48 hours. Today is the 26/11/2013, i still have not received anything from them. How are we suppossed to know if they have the correct information about us and we dont even get confirmation that we have an existing policy, this service is really appaulling and i did not expect it from Clientele.
