I took out a funeral policy on the 1st of november 2012. I supplied my postal adress and my email adress and my email but as yet have not received my policy documents. On the 12 and 14th of February 2013 I sent the emails to enquire about this on which I just received a email back that they wil come back to me within 24hours but they never did. Yesterday on 18 Feb 2013 I phoned them and they logged an incident but stil no feedback and no policy documents. From November till now they took their debit order and I did not have any proof of a policy I feel that they must give me my money back. Yes I know postal services is bad but email common.
