Unacceptable service from Clientele Funeral Policy

I cannot believe the bad service we received from Clientele! My mother took out two funeral policies thinking that should she ever have to deal with another death, everything will be covered. Unfortunately we had to struggle for 3 weeks now to get the money paid into her account and only R9800 (Clientele actually subtracted admin fees?) was paid within 4 days of advising Clientele of my father's passing away. The funeral amounted to approximately R15000. I was also advise by a consultant that I am the beneficiary on one of the policies and I had to rush on the day before my father's funeral to get a bank statement and a certified ID copy of myself and fax it to him and confirmed that it was received, however, I had to resend the same documents the following week. My confusion in all of this is the fact that both policies were paid into my mother's account this morning (admin fees subtracted again?) - why did I have to go through all that trouble to sent my banking details? I also requested copies of the policies and have to date not received anything! he service we received from Clientele was definitely not simpler nor was it more convenient for us.
