Money deducted for policy that I don't have

I called Clientele Life in February to enquire about their hospital plan and subsequently gave them all the relevant details for a policy in my name. They were instructed to deduct money from my account on the last day of each month. To date I have not received a policy number or any reading material regarding the particular policy. On the 24 March 2013 money for this policy was deducted from my account against my instruction for it to be deducted on the last day of the month. When I contacted clientele Life to have the policy cancelled and to refund my money, I was told to supply a bank statement which I did and was told I by Mr. Bradford that I would have my money back within 24 hours. since speaking to Mr. Bradford on the 3 April 2013, I have had no response at all. I was told that he was at a funeral on Friday, 5 April 2013. since then I have sent numerous emails to Mr. Bradford and to Clientele Service and also no response. I have wanted this policy cancelled and my money refunded but to date have not received any feedback at all.
