HOSPITAL CLAIM - CLAIM NOT BEING PROCESSED

Sent in a claim for hospitalization for a Dreaded Disease (Cancer of Rectum) and sent in a claim to Clientele Life with all the supporting documentation - Hospital Account, Doctors reports, CT Scans, Histologies, Operation reports and have only received part payment of what is on the Policy document. According to my Policy Document - Premium Hospital Cash Back Plan - Policy No. 610175443 the benefit for Dread Disease is R50 000 but to date I have only received two amounts of R9396.90 and R7743.09 without any supporting statement to explain what it was for. When I have emailed and phoned Clientele Life I have been told on several occasions that they had not received the documents for Dreaded Disease. I have sent these documents together with the claim documents altogether on three different occasions. My claim number is S0012991.
