DEATH CLIAM ON POLICY

My son passed away on the 03/09/2013 in a motor vehicle accident, when i got back to work i called Clientele Life and was inform that because my son was still a student the claim is valid for me to claim for this death. The forms were sent to me and i filled them in and e-mailed them through on 04/10/2013 and again the 07/10/2013 with no feedback from Clientele Life to confirm if the documents were received. I then phone the office on the 11/10/2013 and was informed that no documents were received, he them asked me to e-mail them through to [Email Removed] which i did and still did not receive confirmation that the documents were received.
Either they do not care about the clients and the advertising the the Dube's advertise is just for you to take out a policy and when you have to claim you get this type of SERVICE which does not go down very well.
I have had this policy for - 5yrs and also have one for my parents. What if something happens to one of them am i also going to get this kind of SERVICE. They say payout in 48hrs and they do not even get back to confirm if the documents were received. My son's name is Cranston R Omarjee Policy no: 402032885
