Wrong debit and failure to provide policy document

On the 22nd of November i had money deposited into my account and the next thing i received an sms notification that Clientele had debited money from my account and as per arrangement it agreed that the debit date is 25th of every month.

I signed for the policy on 15/07/2013 and i have not received any policy documentation. On Wednesday 27/11/2013 at 11h30 i called clientele on 0113203000 and spoke to Rebecca who advised that i will be receiving an email same day with the policy documentation and mail in 3weeks. yesterday i checked my emails, i did not receive any email from clientel, called them again yesterday at 11h30 and spoke to rebecca who confirmed my email address and also gave her an alternative email address and she promised that i will be receiving the email within an hour. Today is already 26hours gone and i have not received any email from clientele.

If i do not get the policy documentation within the next 24hrs I am going to cancel the policy.
I am not happy at all with the service
