Horrible service

My claim is now 3 months old, i have logged complaint on hello peter beginning of November and upto now nobody has contacted me regarding this

it is now 3 months later and my floors are still not fixed
every body keeps passing the problem on to the next department

i will be going to the newspapers with my complaint
