Tranfer of policy - 4 days and still no response

I sent through documents relating to the transfer of a vehicle and its extended warranty to Innovations Group on Monday (policy NUP 005077).
It is now 4 days later and I have been calling since yesterday to no avail. People advise they will call me back and do not, there are apparently no phone lines to speak to an administrator and the management are always in meetings and not available, so in effect one is held ransom to Innovations Group choice on when they attend to your call. This is a paid for policy, and it cannot be that difficult to provide someone with an answer after 4 days.
The new owner of the vehicle is now sitting with a vehicle that has had an issue and they cannot do anything because the policy is suspended in mid air between names. I cannot fathom how this can be such a massive task. No doubt I will obtain the same response that all the Hello Peter queries do simply advising 'your email has been sent to a department to deal with'. It would however be nice to know that some changes were being made so this did not keep happening considering the streams of listing on Hello Peter complaining about the call centre service! After all we are paying for this!
