Hello Peter,
My mum was a victim of in November 2013. We've contacted Standard Bank's department and they've stated that its currently under investigation. My mum had to go through the whole of December with minimum cash flow. What's really upsetting is that she's contacted them on several occasions using her minimum finances loading airtime and waiting for maximum minutes for them to answer. Standard Bank's motto is moving forward but it seems like they're headed backwards with their service as the only feedback we've been receiving for almost 2 months is that they're busy investigating. All we want is for Standard Bank to give her money back so my brother can have the basics before he goes back to school.
