I complained about the problems I experience at online banking 2 months ago. I have spoken to premier banking, online banking, online department, complaints center, logged a complaint on hello peter.
Everyone is passing the buck and no one is resolving my problem.
My complaints are ignored.
My emails are ignored.
No one at FNB understands their own system!
FNB supplies the worst service in the world!
FNB does not care about their customers!
FNB does not care about loosing business!
FNB is incompetent!
FNB takes your money, makes promises and does not deliver!
FNB will do nothing for you. Not today, not in the next 2 months!
