Second time on hello peter with and still nothing

I had reported standard bank on hello peter beginning of jan 2013 for a claim that they did not yet even approve for damages to my property that occurred in nov2012. they did respond and now end of jan 2013 i call again and again they have not approved the claim that assessor (2nd one) submitted because the agent is on leave. GREAT SERVICE I WISH I COULD SAY. so 2 months later and I'm still looking at the damages to my wall, my gate is still bent, my intercom still does not work ETC- and standard bank still does not care.

I know DEMAND (not beg) that the quote done by Styles construction that was at -R26000 odd be paid to my acc as I will get my own damages fixed.
