WRONG FIXED SERVICE FEE DEBITED FOR 12 MNTHS

I have a Standard Bank Elite PLUS cheque account since beginning Jan 2012 however I have been a customer for more than 17 years. I have communicated electronically and face to face to Standard Bank to provide me with a PAY AS YOU TRANSACT fee structure as I use the cheque account ONLY to access my access bond. I have failed to convince Standard bank over 1 year that my request to convert from a fixed fee structure to PAY AS YOU GO fee structure is a sane request and there is logic applied to my decision.

This is the second complaint on Hello Peter in the last 6 months about the same query. I have sent Standard numerous secure messages on the 1st of every month for the last 12 months requesting/pleading to reverse the monthly fixed fee of R99. Some months, the reversal is processed and some months (recent Jan and Feb 2013) no action and my request ignored.

Standard Bank, this is what I want. 1) Change my Elite cheque account from PLUS to PAY AS YOU GO.
2) Alternatively, give me a savings account that allows me access to my access bond.
