After being Hospitalized, i lodged a claim with Standard Bank as I have a hospital plan with them. On submission of the required documents i was told it takes 4-6 weeks for a claim to be finalized. After 10 weeks of no response I called Standard bank and I was told to re send the documents but when i sent them Hugo confirmed that they were received but i was told by Yasmeen to send them. When i call for feedback Yasmeen is either in a meeting or not at work.

After months of bad service I then logged a complaint via telephone with Standard Bank's Complaints Resolution Centre which is totally useless and just a waste of time. There was no confirmation or feedback even after ten days of complaint logging. I hold on the line for more than 30 minutes only to be told by the clue less consultant that Nicolene is not available, ever since i logged that complaint she was never available.

If there's anyone who can help please do because i believe i have exhausted all the possible means available.
