Thursday morning the 9th of May a complaint was logged with STANDARDBANK due to incompetence in the home loans department. A response was only received 3.15pm on Monday from them and a Mail at 4pm passing the buck. WELL DONE STANDARD BANK!! Incompetence is not only in the Home loans department!!
