After the storm in November our Patio Roof and gutters were badly damaged. A claim was logged the next day. The contractor- Simunye Wood Design, came out to check the damage. we were premised that the roofs would be fixed by the end of the year -2012. I phoned Standard Bank Insurance Brokers on numerous occasions and still only broken promises. I finally logged a complaint on 16 January 2013 ref no 35691404 and was to receive feedback in 1-10 days. NO FEEDBACK! I phoned again on 28 January and was told that Sister was supposed to phone me, but she was in a meeting and would phone me as soon as she was out. I am still waiting!! The service received is absolutely shocking and my roof is still not fixed.
