Still awaiting my claim to be processed and paid!

Hi,

I sent my claim on the 18th September 2013. On the 7th October I get a notification from Vashti O'Neill that my claim is in the process of being loaded and finalization time is approx 14 days. On the 8th I emailed Sally on the progress. On the 9th she emailed saying my claim has been pre-assessed and is now waiting in a queuing system to be loaded and assessed. Ha, the email received on the 7th was a lie! Sally further states that, unfortunately due to internet problems we have experienced our Claims Department have a huge backlog. Our Underwriters are now assisting us with the assessment of claims. You will be contacted once your claim is finalised. Is this the client fault that the internet is down? Let me delay my payment and my policy is cancelled! 2 days ago, I emailed on the progress, only knows if I will get a reply since more than 24 hours have passed!!!
