Not updating Credit Bureau

On 10 September 2013 I paid the full amount owing on my Bluebean credit card. On 10 October 2013 I did an enquiry with the credit bureau, ITC, and saw that Bluebean had not yet updated my payment information to reflect my latest current status. On 24 October 2013 I sent a query to the Bluebean customer care department to follow-up on this and all they said was that they have referred it to their credit department. On 04 November 2013 I did another enquiry with ITC and still Bluebean had not updated my information. I then had to follow-up again with Bluebean and again they told me they would refer it to theri credit department. I don't think they know what to do or how to correct this. They can't even let me know by when they will update the information.
All I want is for my payment and account information to be correctly reflected at the credit bureaux.
