I have Liberty Titan plan.
On 05 Feb, I had seen a specialist, my claims were submitted by the doctor's rooms, as well as by me.
There was a fee of R600 that I had to pay, & claim back. The other part of my bill was seen to, & paid for, but the claim for my R600 has still not been processed.
My dental appointments (4) has been submitted electronically by the dentist 3 times already, with confirmation from their side that it was processed, yet Liberty claims to have no received it. I asked the dentist to forward these claims via email, liberty claims department, & myself were included on the mail, yet they still claim they did not receive it. I then submitted, & received a reference no. That was 3 days ago, yet nothing is showing up, nor has been "processed". A small claim for pathologists was submitted after the previous claims, yet that one was acknowledged, & is in process of being paid already.
I have called & emailed...& quite frankly, I'm getting rather annoyed by how pathetic they are when it comes to claims, yet when you have to pay them, they're quick to jump up & call you.

I would like someone to sort this out ASAP, especially since I pay R1889 pm for my cover.
