I emailed Claim forms to them, to both the old chartis address and their new aig address, and they claim they have not received it. I register the claim telephonically, and they email me acknowledgement of registration. I reply to their email with claim forms again. After 5 telephone calls in the space of 7 days, they claim they still haven't received claim forms. They provide me with a new email address, to which i forward the claims again. It takes 25 minutes on the phone, trying for them to acknowledge the wording of their claim form, which they are not prepared to do. I even requested that they at least acknowledge the receipt of the claim forms at this new email address, to which they reply that they will only acknowledge the receipt in 2 to 3 working days. All this after I sent the same information and been calling them for the last 7 days. It seems that they are deliberate in their efforts to prolong the claim process. If you plan on taking any policies with this firm, or already have one, prepare yourself for big fights come claim time.
