On 9th Jan 2014 I submitted a claim for a power surge.
The items were taken to be assessed on 11 Jan 2014.
I have to call Dial Direct numerous times to find out the progress of my claim and I cannot get a straight answer.
4 days have passed with no answer for the progress of my claim.
Now when there is an answer how much longer would I have to wait?
