MiWay
2 weeks and counting and claim not authorized yet!

I had an accident with my vehicle on the 24th August 2013. We contacted Miway and the vehicle was collected by the towing company. They said that the claims department would process the claim and give me a call. A week later (30 August 2013) no call was received.

I contacted Miway myself and and to my surprize, no claim had been processed. A claim was eventually logged and I was told that an assessor would assess the vehicle and fill out the report within 3 working days. 3 working days later we contacted Miway and no report had yet been submitted by an assessor??? Finally, the next day (5 September) we got a call that the vehicle was assessed, we spoke about damages and the consultant ensured me that it takes 24 to 48 hours to authorize the claim!

We contacted Miway again today (2 working days later) and lo and behold, the claim has not been authorized as yet.

It has been nearly 3 weeks and no repair work has begun on the car to date. What do we do now???
