THE ABOVE TWO DEPARTMENTS ARE A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. UTTER RUBBISH.
AS EARLY AS THE 14TH JANUARY 2013, I CALLED CUST. ASSIST TO ESTABLISH IF I CAN AMEND MY DEBIT ORDER DATE, TO THE 31ST OF JAN, INSTEAD OF THE NORMAL 25TH. I WAS ADVISED THAT IS POSSIBLE BUT I MUST WRITE AN EMAIL TO CCA FULLFILMENT AND MY REQUEST WOULD BE ACTIONED WITHIN 24-48 HOURS. 24-48 HOURS TURNED TO 96 HOURS, THEN 120, THAT IS WHEN I DECIDED TO START MAKING FOLLOW UP CALLS. I SPOKE TO IMTIAT, WHO DIDN'T SEEM TO KNOW HOW TO HELP, REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO HIS SUPERIOR, BUYI - WHO PROMISED THAT MY REQUEST WOULD BE ADDRESSED BY MONDAY, 21ST JAN AT THE LATEST, AND THAT I WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION - OFF COURSE THERE WAS NO EMAIL. I CALLED ON MONDAY 21ST, WAITED OVER 15MINS, SPOKE TO LEBO, WHO PROMISED THE SAME THING - OFF COURSE, NO EMAIL. CALLED TWICE ON TUESDAY, WAITED OVER 15MINS, SPOKE TO VERONIQUE WHO WAS CLUELESS ON HOW TO HELP, I ASKED TO SPEAK TO LEBO, WHO WAS SAID TO BE IN A MEETING AS WELL AS THE CCA TEAM. AFTER A LONG ARGUMENT WITH, I WAS TOLD MY REQUEST WAS ACTIONED. I GOT AN EMAIL FROM NICOLETTE.

COME 25TH JAN, DEBIT ORDER GOES THRU - THANK YOU TEAM CUST UNASSIST CCA UNFULLFILMENT - USELESS
