On 22/12 I requested a quote via the Bonitas web page. I received an email thanking me for my request:
Ref: 12-2012-26281. No further response.
On 23/01 I called, spoke to Akane & explained that I am looking to move medical aids & wanted to know if any conditions might be applied to me. He told me to complete the application form he would email & send it to "the address on the form" with my ID number & the subject heading "pre-underwriting request". I did this. Ref: 230113QP1DH2.
On 29/01 I called & spoke to Lebo who said he had escalated it. Ref: 290113QPB50H.
On 31/01 I called & spoke to Lorna who said she had taken it to the team leader who was in with pre-underwriting. Ref: 310113QPHBS6.
On 1 Feb I called & spoke to Joel. He initially told me that my application had been "NTU"d because I should not have signed the application & I should have sent it to a different email address. I pointed out that NONE of the previous people had said anything about this. He then told me the query had been listed as a "hot query" & would be resolved within 48 hours. Ref: 010213QPJMMR
Over 48 business hours later I have still had no answer.
WHAT MUST I DO to get an answer from Bonitas?
