I'm very appalled by the service that I have received from 8ta, called their call centre on the 30 of April 2013 and wanted to be transferred to their cancellation department, they said they didn't have such a department I was the given an email [Email Removed] where I forwarded my request to cancel on the 1st of May 2013 requesting them to effect my cancellation on the last working day of may/end of May2013.I didn't get any response and I sent another follow up email and it was forwarded to another department by a Felicia Mukeri which was 6 days later. On the 14 May 2013 I followed up yet again due to non response to my request. The email was sent to Sheldon to action my request his email address: [Email Removed] never got any response to my request from him as he was instructed to carry out my request on the 14th May by Felicia mukeri. I have since made another call on the 29 May 2013 to the call centre where I spoke to a Tanita, I request that she gives me records of my calls, she called up the number of calls which I had made to date to their call centre. I requested that she ask a superior to call me back and instaed they cancelled my services after my calls
