Poor feedback/Correspondence from EBUCKS TEAM

Sent an email to the [Email Removed] on the 8 Feb 2013 to have the ebucks on my credit card cancelled. 3 days later, no one had contacted me to advise me of this being handled etc. i then resend the email 11 Feb 2013 to have this actioned and called into the call centre - waited 15mins for a consultant to anwser. eventually when i did speak to someone, she was most unhelpful and rude!!! i then called on the 13 Feb 2013 to see if its been actioned and was told it takes 5 days to process. i was not told this to begin with in the beginning. its been quite a few days later and i still have NO correspondence from Ebucks that this is cancelled from my CREDIT CARD and the fee reversed!!!

i do not want my earning potential to affect my cheque account.

can you get back to me on this ASAP!
