I received sms for the knife set - ref kni004 on 5 Sept. I called Monday morning to apply for this. I spoke to Janika. She was supposed to call me back regarding my request. She didn't so I called again, spoke to Cleopatra who said she will put my request through and I need to make payment. I informed her I will make eft payment 25 Sept. She wasn't very keen on the sale, I had to ask her for the banking details and had to question her on the process. She said I must make payment and email proof of payment to [Email Removed] I decided to call on 25th Sept before making paymen: at 12:00 spoke to Xoliso who now says that there is no stock of the knife set and I must take the coffee machine instead. I asked if Cleopatra put my request through on Monday, she was not able to tell me that. I asked to speak to a manager, she said there are no managers available, but she will get someone else to give me a call. I got a call from Duduzile at 12:10 who was so rushed with my call, not really interested in my query. She told me I must take the coffee machine. I don't want the coffee machine, I want the knife set which I asked for. I asked to speak to a manager, i still wait for the cal
