FAILURE TO RESPOND TO CLIENT REQUEST!

On the 25th of February 2013 I sent an email to [Email Removed] requesting that my membership be cancelled. I received no response. I decided to call the call centre number provided on their website on the 26th of February 2013. Agent on call advised me that it takes up to 72 hours to receive feedback. Today its the 28th of February 2013 almost 96 hours later and still no response or feedback. I called the call centre again, spoke to agent Fowzia who advised that the system is off line and if I sent her the email [Email Removed] and I also cc'd [Email Removed] she'd assist. Its almost 16:00 Local time in Southern Africa (approximately 8 hrs later) and Fowzia hasn't even responded to my email let alone contact my telephonic ally to advise that the matter is been addressed!
Let me try this again. I FERLICIA BRUMILDA WARD HEREBY REQUEST THAT MY MEMBERSHIP WITH AMAZING VOUCHERS BE CANCELLED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. (Knowing quite well that my membership "matures" in February) AND I WILL BE DAMNED IF A PAYMENT GOES OF MY ACCOUNT IN MARCH SO HELP ME!
