Confirmation SMS but it never gets actioned

3 Months ago I went to my nearest MTN store (Vaal Mall) and request from a consultant (Michelle Fouch? to change my monthly Debit Order date from the last day of the month to the 25th of every month. I was assured this will be dealt with and left. To my surprise, the money did not go off on the 25th as requested but again on the last day of the month.

A second attempt was made to have the debit order changed from the last day of the month to the 25th on the 3rd of Aug 2013. This time I was assisted by Stefan Van Den Berg (an MTN Consultant from Vaal Mall) and a gentleman called Wayne Ninneman (From MTN H/O).

Once again I was assured that the transaction was finalised and this time I even received a SMS from MTN saying that my debit order date have been changed from the 31st to the 25th of each month, as requested.

Come 25th of Aug, once again no debit order. This time it goes off on the 30th of Aug.

The level of incompetence is astounding as a simple request (as mentioned above) has to go through 3 people (who by the way did their side of the job), then receiving confirmation that it has been done, but the Billing department failed.

Please change the D/O date as requested
