7 days & counting to action update of Acc details!

On 21st of Oct 2013, I logged a service call through the the call centre to have my identity details updated on my exist existing contract - provided all supporting documents. The email response I got was that my service request has been forwarded to "customer acquisitions" for actioning. Got a few emails with security questions to authenticate my self which I promptly answered still on the 21st Oct. 2013. The last email correspondence I got was stating "Our records indicate that the ID has been attached to the reference number. You will be contacted with feedback." No feeback came. I called to enquire on the status of the service request on 23rd Oct 2013, call centre people told me that the service request has not been actioned, they promised to write an email to the concerned department to ask them to finalise the request. On 24th Oct still no feedback, i wrote an email enquiring - no one bothered to respond. Today-28th Oct. 2013 I called the call centre again, they told me the same story as on 23 Oct. 2013. What is frustrating is that the call centre tells me the person assigned to action this work request as not actioned it/is not in! Sad! For 7days! who is accountable vodacom?
