Debited on a date NOT authorised by me

I have been debited on a date that I did NOT authorise, as my bebit is set for the last working day of the month, when I contacted the call centre on Saturday 21-09 I was informed this was done in error and my debit date still reflects for the last working day of the month, I was informed by Minah a call centre agent who informed me this would be refunded into my account by the end of Saturday. The entire weekend I kept checking as my wages had been paid to me on friday 21st but Nedbank decided to take it!!! I called the call centre on monday and was informed the refund would be done no later than 5pm on Monday 23rd - its now Tuesday the 24th and I still have NOT received my refund from Nedbank and basically worked for free as I had my weeks wage taken from me my Nedbank - why has Nedbank been so quick to take MY money, but is very slow in refunding what DOES NOT belong to them, I will be moving to another banking institution who will debit me on the date I agreed apon, needless to say I am now been charged bank charges for keep checking if my refund is or has been paid out!!! Highly frustrated and need some clarity & answers as well as MY MONEY!!!
