NEDBANK COMPLAINT!!!

I have a personal loan with Nedbank which I pay via debit order. My debit order is to go off on the 28th of each month - I get paid on the 25th and there is always sufficient money in my account to meet the payment. However Nedbank seems to think that they can do whatever they please and debit my account whenever they feel the need to. Can Nedbank tell me why a debit order for Saturday the 24th went off my account, my salary on reflected in my account on the 27th, hence the date as per our contract being the 28th! This is not the agreed date as per contract that I signed. Nor is this the first such incident of the exact same nature. Over and above this Nedbank treats their clients like criminals. During the entire period of my contract I have not missed a single payment which is via debit order. Why then do I get this sort of treatment? They continue to debit my account earlier then the arranged date as per the contract!!! This is unacceptable - if I defaulted on payments, Nedbank would go ballistic, and charge me interest etc etc, ..So why should I as the consumer be treated in this manner?!?
