Nedbank fails me as a black young south african

I have two personal loans with Nedbank, one is new and the other I've had for a few months. I've requested Nedbank to debit the loans on the 25th of every month and they've been doing so until friday. I had money transfered to my account on friday and nedbank went and debited. I'm very upset about this as the money was intended for other important things and because it was debited on the date that I did not agree on. I called your call centre on friday and I got no joy, nothing but a rude lady who told me to wait until monday. I have been greatly inconvenienced by Nedbank and I'm going to take the matter further seeing that even your call centres are not willing to help after banking hours. This goes against the code of banking practise, with which you as a bank are bound by. I've had to cancel a very important trip and I'm in tears as I type this email cos this meant the whole life for me. I have my latest loan contract in front of me and it clearly states the debit date is NOT the 22nd as you have debited. I have had a bond account with Nedbank an few years back, now two personal loans and a credit card. I even considered moving my cheque account there but I'm SO VERY ANGRY about
