Nedbank at it Again

Once again nedbank does it again - my personal loan's debit order date is set for the last working day of each month which is when my salary gets paid into my account. I got an sms this morning from nedbank to confirm that a debit has gone off my account. This was for my nedbank personal loan! Upon calling the call center I was informed that the debit ran today to secure there payment. What absolute nonsense is this!!! Our agreement is that the debit order is set for the last working day of the month so then why was this debited today. I was promised that my refund would be back in my account today - upon calling the call center a second time I was informed that the debit order is set as urgent for the 28th. Who gives them the right to take money out my account when it suites them!!!
