Nedbank: I want my refund today

3 Months ago; I notified NEDBANK of my change in employment and advised you to change my debit order date from the 20th to the last day of the month. In April; NEDBANK got this right. But In May- NEDBANK somehow decided to debit me on the 25th of the Month- which was a total inconvenience. I called the NEDBANK collections department to confirm my collection date and NEDBANK advised that it read the last day of the month on the system, said "sorry" and this will be fixed in the future. The same was apparent in June when NEDBANK decided to debit me on the 22nd of the month- which was a worse off inconvenience. AGAIN, I called the NEDBANK collections department to confirm my collection date and NEDBANK and told the same story as last time. Then when I thought the worst was over-IN THE SAME MONTH- NEDBANK DEBITED ME AGAIN on the 29th! So NEDBANK not only decided to debit my account whenever it felt like- but NEDBANK decided to TAKE MY MONEY that was not due to NEDBANK at all. After calling NEDBANK again today completely infuriated- I was told that the system was offline and that I should waste MY MONEY AND TIME to call NEDBANK back again in an hour- A total waste of My Time and Money!
