I cancelled a disability policy with PPS after I retired. It was cancelled but of their own accord without my permission, it was re-instated. This information was given on the first day I phoned in to the call centre, early June, more or less 5 th June 2013. When I called the 5 th time into the call centre, the responsible person did reply with an email and a letter of apology. The amount stated was not correct and since then no email was replied to and the amount taken from my account has not been repaid.
