I cancelled my contract during May 2013. The original cancellation amount received from Tercia quoted stated that "Please note that this amount EXCLUDES any arrears on your account." At that stage, no amounts were in arrears on this account. It was not stated that the amount was exclusive of the debit order to be processed in June. I made final payment and received a response that "No further monthly debits will be run on your account for this vehicle" was sent on 29 May. A debit order was run on 7 June. I sent an email on 10 June - to which you never replied.

Two months later (7 Aug) and another debit was made to my account without any communication as to why. After two emails, Ctrack finally deemed it fit to reply to my emails and resolve this matter (so I thought).

I made final payment, and received another letter stating the account is settled. 2 weeks later I was SMSed "Dear customer, your Ctrack debit order was cancelled. Please contact our accounts dept to avoid legal action..."

I received another mail from Yolanda stating that my account is in arrears today. When will this finally be finalised?

I am pleased to have cancelled my contract - C-Track accounts is useless.
